The couple’s priority from the beginning was that the entire event felt “like them.” ![]() Vezer accommodation is only 5 minutes’ drive from the ceremony and is super pretty! It’s really convenient for adult groups like this, with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Every guest had traveled between 500 – 5,000 miles to be there. The unique arrangement of the property meant that the couple and their guests got to know each other. It was an idyllic 4 days at the rented house that forms part of the Vezer Family Vineyard, enjoying beautiful wine country and the gorgeous springtime weather. It forms part of the Vezer Family Vineyard and winery that is known for its Petite Sirah and Zinfandel. They decorated together and shared little moments throughout the day. Sara and Chris are SUCH a team and wanted the wedding to feel like it represented each of them equally. They had a relaxed lunch as a family in the backyard of the house before getting ready. They wanted the ceremony to feel like a special event, but weren’t fussed with many of the super traditional aspects.Īfter a relaxed morning together they began to assemble the final touches. The vibe of the day complimented the ceremony – relaxed, romantic, and intimate. Sara and Chris describe their wedding as “absolutely perfect”. Due to the crowd size, tastefully appointed and surprisingly classy portable restrooms were required at both locations. Everything went off without a hitch and the Vezer team was flexible with some last minute changes and the standard chaos that comes with very large wedding. ![]() We had two events at the Blue Victorian on Saturday - an Indian wedding ceremony in the morning, complete with baraat and lunch, and a western style reception in the evening. It is worth noting that an event at the private estate requires the rental of shuttle buses due to the one-lane driveway and limited parking - the shuttle service was seamless. Our Friday evening event (mehndi) was held on the owner’s private estate with 200 of our closest family and friends the space is large and our guests enjoyed the evening that culminated with a gorgeous sunset set against the Napa hills. Critical components of selecting a wedding venue for us were: outside catering (we used Jay Baraat, based out of LA with a satellite facility in the Bay), flexibility on event structure, and a mix of outdoor and indoor facilities. From initial conversations, to planning, to execution, the whole Vezer team (shout out to Laura and Pam) was engaged and made it happen. We had a two day Indian-American wedding celebration in early June at Vezer. TLDR Amazing event locations, the best team, supremely accommodating, tasty wines = fully recommend getting married here. ![]()
